Looking for Private Room

I am a graduating senior at CSUN and I am searching for a place to stay after I graduate. I am hoping to find a private room that is close to where I will be working. I preferred to be with other professionals . I am fairly quiet and plan to be working majority of the week aside from the weekends. I am very laidback, tidy, and I do keep to myself.
