Looking for roommate/space for July/August move

Hi! I'm Dave. I'm a 24 year-old working man, music producer in my spare time looking for a simple room in North New Jersey which will be welcoming to me producing and playing music at a reasonable volume. I am also looking to accommodate a very beautiful cat - Roscoe is lazy but loves affection. bonus if your place is close to a train. I am respectful, inclusive and chill regarding most anything, and I'd definitely like to have a discussion of boundaries before move-in.
