I am a new PhD student starting this fall at the University of Texas at Dallas and am looking for a room to rent. I'm planning to move from Massachusetts to Texas in early August, but am willing to pay for July as well if needed. Hoping for an environment that is quiet enough for me to study in my room during the day. I am a clean and considerate roommate, and although my income is small as a PhD student, I am financially responsible and will pay on time.
