Hello! I'm seeking a room ASAP!

I am vlVERY clean and organized, I am quiet, patient and respectful of my roommates I am also reliable, responsible and fun to be around. I am seeking a room to rent because Los Angeles is so expensive when you are solo like me. I do have one cat named Simba, he is house trained and has so much personality! What you can expect with me is I always wash my dishes, and I never leave a mess! I do work alot so I may not always be home, but I enjoy staying busy. I expect my roommates to give the same respect and courtesy they have received. I do not do drugs or alcohol so I'm always level headed and rational.
