Looking for Single Room

Hi everyone, my names James and I’m working for a construction management company in Irvine. I’m fun, easygoing, and looking for chill roommates to share the cost of living with. I will be traveling a good amount for work so I would prefer a single room to keep my stuff in whenever I'm on the road. Also, I would prefer for there to be plenty of street parking or parking permits for the residence.
