Hello, I am a recent empty nester looking to downsize to save money, pay off student loans and pursue my dream of world travel. Full time job, hard worker, quiet, and friendly. I am also in school to finish a long sought after degree. Looking for respectful down to earth, tidy, and non smoker (at least in the home) roomates.
