Female looking for room for rent

My name is Shannon and I am looking for a Master Bedroom or Large Bedroom for rent. I am looking for something long term. I am a full time nanny. I work at someone else's house from pm Monday through Friday from 8am - 4 pm. I am very easy going and easy to get along with. I am responsible, don't have drama, I never have people over and I don't smoke or party. I have an amazing eleven year old son who is with me Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and every other weekend. He is incredibly sweet, kind, funny, and well behaved. He's not bratty at all. We are usually very busy with work, school, sports, etc. . My son goes to school in University City and my ex lives in Clairemont so I would love to stay as close to there as possible. I also have a little Chihuahua who is absolutely adorable. He's one years old but is potty trained and is super sweet. I love dogs but cannot live with cats as I am super allergic!
