39m looking for a new home

Looking to move ASAP, to escape a toxic living situation. Because of this situation, I would be unavailable to meet in person or do an in person walk thru, but am open to digital meetings and virtual walk thrus. It has also killed my credit score. However, I am a professionally employed, salaried, college educated male aged 39. I am looking for a private room, shared batroom is fine. I am available to move asap and have a budget of $1,200/month. I would like to share with males or females of any age. I have no kids and no pets, just me. I am clean, respectful, and quiet. I don't smoke, drink, do drugs, or party.
