✧ I’ll bring my own bed and furniture.

✧Washer & Dryer in unit a must.

✧ Privacy and Quite Living arrangement is a need. I’m an early riser, early sleeper.

✧ I’m Highly Sensitive— If sharing space, I live in best with a single woman who value rest & relaxation, alone time, not having much visitations. Potentially identify as an introvert. A Plus if you’re HSP as well.

✧ I’m sensitive to noise, odor, too much lights, busy interactions, negative emotions, relationship/s conflicts are just a few.

✧ I’m independent and prefer an introvert lifestyle. I’m a professional and an entrepreneur.

✧ I’m sober, and prefer an environment without substance use, no drugs, no-smoking, no marijuana, no alcohol

✧ no pets. I do love dogs, just not live with if it’s not mine. I’m not sure if I’m allergic to cats, but sensitive to my environment.
