66 yo retired female looking for room/home for me and my 2 doggie fur kids in NE Philly. Retired Paramedic and raised 12 yrs Catholic school (never got a demerit) and police officers daughter. Need at least a private room & private bathroom. Would like a washer/dryer and yard for my dogs (I always clean up right after them). I am a smoker but don't mind if I have to go outside to do so. I like to cook and have a lot of new recipes to try!
