Hi. I am an Hvac technician. male aged 38. I am looking for a small or large room. Im very handy and dont mind helping or fixing stuff. I love projects around the house. I smoke outdoors only and vape indoors. I'm very clean and nice. I love pets but I understand if I cant have one. Bur I'll be kind to any animal in the home. I work out of the home but don't mind interaction with my house mates in fact I enjoy it. Im from nyc. Queens to be exact so I've been told down here I talk fast please don't mistake that for rudeness. I dont know if this matters but i am extensively tattooed and have never been to prison.
