Looking for a room in Astoria

Hi, my name is Josh, and I work as an actor and writer (as well as many freelance jobs on the side -- sometimes remote, sometimes not).

I'm 44 and originally from the Philly suburbs. I've been a New Yorker for 18 years and lived in Astoria for 14 of those. My landlord is selling the building, and it's time to go. I'm hoping to find a new place by the end of February.

I'm into theater and museums, books, spending time in city parks, science fiction, and comedy.

As a roommate, I mainly keep to myself and respect everyone else's space. I keep things clean and communicate any issues as well as I can. I don't throw parties, and I'm generally over at my girlfriend's place a few nights a week and visiting PA about once a month.
