Smart, clean, handy, fit seeks room!

I work in finance and tech. I'm good with household repairs. I'm organized and clean. I travel frequently. I don't smoke but it doesn't bother me as long as it's not in the house. I like running, kayaking, going to the gym and eating healthy. I don't plan on using the kitchen much, if at all, but a grill and occasional use of it would be a nice plus!

I have family in Boca and want to be closer. I'm flexible on move-in dates.
