Room or APT wanted in SF Bay Area

Hello, we are Aaron and Karen, I am a 40 year old retired mental health professional, male, and Karen is a professional personal trainer and physical therapist, female. I'm looking to rent with anyone, we have no issues with any genders or identities, we are both LGBTQIA+ friendly. Enjoy being around diverse people. It can be a house, loft, or apartment, no preference. Looking to spend no more than 1500 a month in rent price, utilities included would be preferable. We are quiet / reserved, usually reading and studying, or watching TV & films when not working or studying. We don't smoke or have pets, but we do not mind if you do.
