Room wanted in Orange, Orange County, CA

Looking for ADU, backhouse, studio or room w/own bathroom to rent. Occupants would be my daughter and I. We also have a Persian kitten. I’m willing to pay more per month for pet rent if necessary. We are clean, organized, quiet, friendly, happy people who are busy w/work, school, and church. Presently, I’m paying $2400 a mo for 1bd, 1bath, I will not be renewing my lease in August, as they raise the rent cost every year. Would like to get into something more affordable to save money, and reach financial goals. Open to cities: Cypress, Los Alamitos, La Palma, Buena Park, Anaheim, Seal Beach, Cerritos and some parts of Long Beach. Preferably roommate situation w/females only and or single moms.
