I need a furnished room where I can setup a small computer desk.
I spend most of my off hours working a side project on my computer but do like to talk some when I come out of my room.
Typically I'm in bed by 10pm work nights and in my bedroom by that hour on weekends so I shouldn't interfere with other roommates need for quiet.
For the right situation I can prepay rent to hold the room but if deposit is required I will consider that sufficient to hold the room.
I will be in town May 23 & 24 looking to secure a room.
