Hi! I’m looking for an unfurnished 1 bd/1ba or roommate(s) to find a place with. I have a steady income and excellent credit. I have a full time job, 5 days a week where I sometimes commute and do not work out of the home.

I had my last apt in Hollywood for 11yrs and only moved because of the pandemic. I have a 9yr, 16lb, well behaved ESA dog with legit doctor’s paperwork. He loves cuddles! No other pets preferred (or only small dogs).

Looking for a place in a safe area with secured entry preferred and gated parking. No issue sharing a bathroom, no smoking (420 included), no bringing the party home. Roommate must be willing to pass a background and credit check. No couples. Would love to hang out and spend time with my roommate(s) but cool with just being housemates too.
