Looking For Roommate(S) For August

I'm a very courteous roommate, and while I can be a bit messy (mostly my room and the occasional art supplies), I will always aim to accommodate preferences. Pretty solidly a night owl, major adhd, not much of a cook, but if i am cooking i don't mind making enough for roommates. I'm looking for 2-3 roommates to move in with come August. I'd prefer to look at places with roommates and work together to find a place hopefully in upper manhattan. Washer/Dryer in unit is very important for me, but no private bathroom isn't a deal breaker. I have a hard limit on no substance use in the apartment (excluding alcohol), but out of the apt is your life. I am queer so you have to be comfortable with that! I'd love to be able to be friends or close friends with my roommates!
