Room wanted in San Diego

45 yr old female garden instructor and nanny looking for quiet peaceful room. I choose to not smoke, drink, or do drugs because I enjoy feeling healthy and my job requires a lot of energy/rest. But I don’t care if my roommate drinks as long as it’s not heavy drinking. I am clean, organized, and respectful of others and their privacy. Prefer sharing with others that won’t be upset if I don’t hang out in common areas and spend most of the time in my room. I’m really busy working and completing an online degree in horticulture/Master Gardener Certification. I’m looking for a space that supports a healthy lifestyle where I can focus on my studies. I’m always willing to help with household chores and can do any landscaping, weeding, and outdoor maintenance if needed. I will provide a recent background check from my employer and references from previous landlords upon request.
