Room wanted in Frederick County, VA

We are looking for a small or large room. We are available to move anytime and have a budget of $500/month. We have no preference of a potential roommates sex or age.

Joshua and I, a couple of two years as of February 22nd, are currently seeking a room to rent or an apartment. Our budget is limited to $500 a month at the moment, as we're both full-time students pursuing our bachelor's degrees. Joshua works as an assistant manager at Popeyes, while I work part-time from home. We're quiet, clean individuals who don't smoke, drink, or do drugs, and we don't have any pets. We'd prefer roommates who share similar cleanliness standards and are open to us accessing the kitchen and laundry room. In exchange for a discount on rent, I'm willing to undertake thorough weekly cleaning duties outside of our living space. Our current living situation involves challenges with cleanliness and access to shared spaces due to a roommate's hoarding issues and multiple cats. We'll bring our own supplies and amenities, including high-speed internet, a Keurig coffee maker, a smart TV, and LED smart light bulbs to conserve energy. Ideally, we're looking for a room within 20 to 25 miles of Joshua's workplace on Valley Avenue, prioritizing proximity but also considering potential cost savings in more rural areas.
