Room wanted in Seattle

Hello, I’m Kyle. I work as a Building Engineer in Seattle. My professional experience includes more than 10 years of property maintenance, construction and demolition in Seattle, Bellevue and on Crystal Mountain.
Prior to becoming a building engineer, I assisted in facilities maintenance for Four Winds * Westward Ho on Orcas Island.
M-F I’m up at 5 or 6am and turn in at 9 or 10pm. Getting sound sleep is important to me. On the weekends my schedule shifts slightly. I’m respectful of others belongings and space.
I have no pets, I don’t drink or smoke. I like to stay clean and tidy. I have a son whom may visit periodically and a healthy co-parenting situation. Most of time I spend with him will be at my parents, a few cities away.
