Room wanted Broward or Palm Beach Counties, FL

Ok, that's my dog. She's a 20 lb French bulldog; she's much cuter than I. And she's super friendly. Looking for a private bedroom and bath in a house or apartment. Also she wants to be able to go outside and run around and play. I'd like use of the kitchen or some kind of cooking capabilities and possibly even share some meals. I like to cook. I also need parking for my car. Willing to share expenses and I can give a deposit, rental history and references.
