Need a roommate in May?

Hi, I’m Robby! I’m a professional working in Del Mar. I’d consider myself pretty chill and laid back, so I’m looking for the same in a roommate.

Key points:
- Planning for long term stay, min 6 mo.
- Looking for a place in Central to North SD or nearby areas
- I like to keep neat and tidy
- I’m very outgoing but I respect other’s spaces
- Focused on working, saving, and going back to school or learning a new trade
- Allergic to cats (sorry this is my dealbreaker)

I’m looking to move preferably by the start or middle of May, and I’m willing to be flexible with my budget if the place is above expectations and/or if we need to coordinate on utilities.

I would pretty much be working and keeping to myself, but I’m not a total snob and would like to get to know you too.
I’m a huge homebody because of my 9-5 and weekend job, but I like to go out with my friends every once in a while or work on some new hobbies on my time off or after work.
