Room wanted in San Francisco, CA

Hi everyone, I'm a 29 years old Italian guy and I'll be moving to San Francisco in June to work as a Scientist at UCSF. I'm looking for a room in a shared apartment. Ideally, I'm looking for something in a 2B/1B, 2B/2B or 3B/2B, but I'm open to other possibilities. Preferred areas are Potrero Hill, Dogpatch, Mission, Hayes Valley or something that wouldn't be bad commuting to Mission Bay, where I should go during weekdays to work. I've been living with other people in the last 7 years, I'm clean and respectful of common areas, I don't mind doing activities with my potential housemates, but value my time especially during weekdays. I like to go out to try new places to eat and drink, love exploring and would like to go around quite a bit while I'm there in SF. I also like just chilling home and watching some movies, don't mind hosting people for a drink or dinner and I love cooking.
