Room wanted in around Plant City,FL & surrounding

Truck Driver with Pilot/Flight lessons coming up
Looking for a pet free and smoke free room
New to the state so I just put $700 for rent until I can see what is typically paid. Less is always great! It’s HIGHLY negotiable if you have garage/covered space and a private bath.
- would like to pay weekly

Desiring: a very large room with it’s on bath or floor. Furnished would also be helpful for average size rooms.

- I do want to be able to have a partner over if I had to worry free when I do date again
- I also would like to have my computer or phone to display music within reason if I just do want vibe, want a break from headphones when I take certain classes or while getting my YouTube Doctoral Degree😅

Into motorcycles, shooting range, BMWs, semi trucks, mechanical repairs, recording studios, meeting new people but also love me time!

Never met anyone I couldn’t hold a conversation with, maybe I’m skilled at that because I knew it was leaving but it’s perfected. So I’m not too picky with who I’d live with just prefer no pets and to avoid the smell of smoke if possible.

On site laundry is ok but I have a car to get the laundromat

I may me home often now then again I may not be. So I’m very willing to leave my car with RESPONSIBLE roomies. The motorcycle would be completely off limits. So would need space for both (motorcycle purchase for the summer).
