Fashion photographer looking for a temp space!

Hi, I’m Jazzie Bella, a Los Angeles and Paris based fashion photographer, and am looking for a temporary space for the next 3 months, in the hollywood area, with my own bathroom and shower.
I’m very easy going…and eccentric I’ve been told. And the furthest from judgmental!
I have a teacup Yorkshire terrier, Saint Jude , and yes he is as damn cute as he sounds… and he is a certified service dog, not an “emotional support” animal… but because my anxiety used to lead to seizures, he is certified as one and as such, so no building is allowed to or does include him in any way shape or form. And he’s 8 years old. He’s very well trained and his Italian is much better than mine (he travels with me obviously, and I was living in paris for over 4 1/2 years- before I came back to the U. S.
I sleep like the dead so no… noise doesn’t bother me.
And hopefully there’s great light as I am always shooting and test shooting models.
