Room wanted in Sacramento

I am looking for a chill roommate, I do not start parties and am responsible with dishes and other miscellaneous housekeeping stuff that is required when sharing a space. The only ideal thing I would want is someone who is not very loud or having people over constantly. I don’t really know what to write here I assume it gets more clear as you get to know potential matches.
