I am a clean cut, straight white male looking for a private bedroom and bathroom. I have been a professional working in the investment industry for 25 years now and currently work remotely. I used to own four houses in the area which I rented so I do know how difficult and important it is to find a good tenant. I’m a very clean, respectful person and easy to get along with. I will leave a place cleaner than how I first found it. I am available to move from 03/22/2024 and have a budget of $1,200/month.
