The unit does have one bathroom that would be shared and it a decent sized one. There is also a mini outdoor sitting area.
There is available WiFi that I take care of.
Water is included in the rent so there is no extra fee for that.
In order to move in all I’m asking for is 1st and last months rents. It is a first floor unit in a senior citizens area. Please note they do have what’s called quiet hours after 10.
Looking for some one clean and neat.
