Room wanted in Carlsbad, San Diego County, CA

Hi everyone! I’m moving to the San Diego area in early May and am looking for a roomie! Ideally in Carlsbad but am open to Oceanside or Vista. I’m 31 years old, single, non-smoker and don’t have pets. I’ll be working in the office Monday-Friday, but bonus points if this roomie turns into a friend for a fun social life on the weekends 😊

Looking to budget around $2k/month. Private bathrooms are a MUST. I can provide all the shared furniture if necessary!

I have found tons of complexes I love in Carlsbad but would much rather split a 2bd/2ba then try to swing a 1 bd/1ba on my own (in this economy, right??) 😅
