Room wanted in Chester County, PA

Hi, I'm Becky. Hope you are well. I am an artist and I love to be creative. I do tend to keep to myself. Also, I have a service animal. She's a siamese cat named, Kacì. I have the documentation for her to live with me. I am a no drama person. I am disabled and do get a steady income though.
What I'm looking for is a room where I can stay with Kacì. Have a little space to do my art. Of course protect the floor, walls, carpet...what have you. I will completely pay for and fix anything I mess up as a result of my artwork.
Kacì is trained well and I clean up after her well. I've been tea hing her since day one. She has a harness and leash.
I have steady things to do during my days. And my nights are me time.
