Room wanted in Los Angeles

I’m a professional Writer and Training Instructor. I’m an entrepreneur at heart with a Creative and Content Writing Agency as well as I help people with Credit Repair, get Business Credit and Funding. I’m quiet and travel 3-4 days a week for my job, home mostly on weekends and a Monday. No pets, very clean, no smoking, quiet and organized. I like to socialize at times, but mostly focused on my goals. Need to reduce my outgoing financial situation to buy a house and work on a few things personally. That is the reason I need to find a good roommate at least for the next 6-10 months.
