Seeking Part Time Housing in SF

Hi there! I am looking for part time housing in San Francisco. I split my time between SF and Southern California, traveling for work. I know my dates a few months in advance and generally go about 2.5 weeks in SF, then 10 days in southern California, back and forth. Some months I’m hardly here at all, other months I’m here for a few weeks. Ideal would be to have an in-law studio or 1 bedroom, but I’m open to other options. I would like to be able to leave my belongings there while I’m gone, but I can keep the place tidy and stash things away so you can use it or rent it out when I’m not there. I like a tidy mellow space and would need room for some surfboards and a couple bikes. I’m open to a flat rate or nighty use option, furnished or unfurnished.
About me: I am a 42 year old educator and surfer. I have a masters in education and for 10 years taught science in the SF unified school district. I now run a non-profit organization that works to increase ocean access, and run programs in the SF Bay Area and in Southern California. I’m laid back and active, enjoy cooking, gardening, surfing, biking, and playing guitar. Preference for the Outer Sunset, but open to other neighborhoods like the Mission, Potrero, Bernal, or more.
