Room for Rent

I am currently looking for a room (furnished) to rent on a weekly basis. I work full time however I do not have the same hours each week. I work days then I may work an overnight shift. I would like to be able to come and go freely without having to check in with the landlord. I have never rented a single room from someone thus I am not sure if there is daily communication between landlord and myself. I am not a very social person. I like to come home from work and watch TV. I am a very private person and will not have guests visiting me. I love pets but do not currently have any of my own. I do not make a lot of money so you should not have any concerns regarding drug use. I have no objections if you choose to use drugs as a means of relaxation etc. I would prefer to be near a bus stop since my car no longer runs.
If anyone has an additional room or a large room and would consider allowing my twin brother to rent an individual room or share a space with me. If that isn't possible then I would still be interested for myself.
