Looking for a safe private space to call home.
I prefer unfurnished, private bathroom (do not want to share that space). My belongings have been in storage due to being displaced because of a fire, and I'm ready to be with my things again.
I don’t have a lot but what I have I need. I downsized a lot more than I thought I ever could, post fire. A large bedroom will fit all my belongings.
I have had a couple nightmare roommates in the past, gambling my rent, leaving me high and dry… I’m willing to do a background check, this way at least there is more peace of mind that I am who I say I am and my word is my honor. I will have a drink I am social, yet more often than not I don’t mind being alone in my space, doing absolutely nothing,
