I’m 23 and currently working as a dance teacher and in freelance copywriting and media (working from home) - I’d have a co-signer and a reference. I’m currently interviewing for more full time positions in social media management as well as taking an online marketing certification course, so I’d be home most of the first half of the day, and gone for the second half. I’m relatively quiet (if I’m not rehearsing for work- and even then I’m not super loud) and clean. I am friendly and kind, I don’t smoke or do drugs, I rarely drink. I enjoy cooking and baking. I clean. I’m very communicative and I don’t bring friends over without checking with other roommates in advance.
