Seeking housemate for 2 bedroom in Little Havana

My roommate is moving out of my apartment and I'm hoping to either find a new roommate or move into a new unit in Little Havana by June.

My landlord is willing to have a new person sign the lease, but he would need 2 months security deposit + the first month paid. The rent for the master bedroom (where my roommate was previously) is 1425 without a parking spot and 1525 with. It includes your own bathroom, balcony, and walk in closet. The unit has its own washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and is a corner unit with four balconies - so lots of natural light!

I am open to teaming up and moving to another unit in the area together but just haven't seen any prices that compete with this one.

A bit about me as a person and as a roommate: I'm a 33-year-old who works for a Human Rights organization. I love playing sports, being outside, and dancing salsa, so that's what I'm doing most evenings. In my home, cleanliness and natural light are really important to me, as are my plantitas. I like bright airy apartments, and my curtains are almost always open. I'm allergic to dog/cat dander, so only small hypoallergenic pets work for me.
