I'm an amicable, responsible woman who sees the funny side of just about everything, looking for a roommate to get a 3 bedroom together with me and my kind, generous friend.

I'm open to most any location as long as it's safe and not too noisy, hopefully within an hour of 59th St. by subway, but willing to go as far as Brooklyn or Jersey City for the right place.

I'm a classical composer with a shy, unmusical cat (I do not make Instagram videos of her singing or playing the piano).

I'd like a household that is warm and friendly, with open, direct communication, basic house rules (re cleaning, guests, etc.), and respect for individual needs for space and time alone.

I can furnish most of the home--kitchen, living and bedrooms--but your room can also come unfurnished if you prefer.
