Looking for roommates

I'm a 35 year old Dominican gay male, working as a substance abuse counselor in Astoria; I have been in the field for two years. I graduated from Monroe College in 2016 with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice.

I am a pretty stay at home introverted guy by nature, but am sociable and amicable, in partiality due to the nature of my job. I enjoy playing video games, TTRPG such as dungeons and dragons and pathfinder, and card games such as magic the gathering. I'm sober friendly for anyone in recovery (due to my job in partiality); me being a counselor don't mean I can't get along with someone who drinks or uses 420, I use them in occasions too (it's when it's being misused that the issue comes up). In my off time I like to read mangas and Korean comics.

I recently broke up with my now ex, and am currently living with him. I'm looking to move with someone to physically move on past our relationship. I highly prefer to move with someone who does not smoke nicotine.
