Looking fora room and private bath starting June 1

Hi 🙋🏼‍♀️ I’m looking for something around the 33409 area code. I work near Okeechobee & Military Trail so I’m trying to find something relatively close.
I love animals and I’ve been a dog trainer for 20 years. I currently don’t have any pets, but certainly don’t mind if you do.
I’m hoping to pay under $1000 including utilities. I know West Palm is expensive, unfortunately the hourly rate has not met the inflation rate as of yet.
For hobbies, I love to be outside when it’s cooler, I love to read, I like bicycling, playing with animals, and getting together in small groups.
Privacy is important to me and my core values include doing the right thing, being a team player and treating others the way I want to be treated.
I’m quiet, clean, have good references and no problem with a background check.
