I'm looking for a room to rent while I start a new job in Seattle area. I'm a hibachi chef so a washer and dryer to access would be great as well. I have a cat she is a Siamese manx. Still somewhat of a kitten. I have the litter robot so the smell won't be a problem. Tile would be best if I have to keep her in my room as to not destroy any carpet. I've been a hibachi chef for over 10 years and I am usually very quiet and keep to myself.
