Budget is a little flexible but I'd like to keep the total to $1000 per month, preferably less. Not too picky about desired roommates, just need to meet and see if we get on.
About me, Full time job M-F, Off time I'm an Artist, Writer, Musician & a darn good cook. Omnivorous and I love to cook for people.
Musically I play guitar, Bass & Keyboard But I ALWAYS use headphones, so noise is a non issue. No pets but I LOVE animals and am not averse to pets in the household. No Allergies. I'm a cinephile, Love sharing my movies with others and having screening. Generally after work & weekends I'm working on projects on my own.
