Nice Writer/Anthropologist Seeks Temp Room

Hi there! I'm looking for short-term housing as I am debating on whether or not I want to stay in Miami and don't want to commit to a year-long lease. I would love to find a home or apartment to share in a neighborhood like Little Havana, Shenandoah, the Roads, or Coral Way.

My preferred roommate would be @40 years or older, any gender or sexual orientation, any background (and I speak fluent Spanish, btw). I'd love to find someone who is pretty clean, loves plants, is into sustainability and holistic living like me, and is friendly but will give me my space when I'm in my writing mode (which I can do in my private room). It would be great to find someone who doesn't watch TV or play video games all day.

I've been working as a visiting faculty for a semester-long study abroad program and put all my items into storage (and moved out of my apt) before I left! I am very nice, considerate, clean and easy to get along with. I'm also well-known in Miami for my community involvement and even published a book on one of its neighborhoods! I work in tourism but am also an educator and digital content creator. I speak Spanish fluently, too. I can provide tons of references if necessary.
