Single woman seeking a roommate to rent a room from someone who needs help with expenses for a flat rate per month including utilities. I quit smoking several years ago but have no objections to someone who is a smoker and doesn't chain smoke when I'm around. No alcoholics, no hard drugs, no drama. Marijuana use ok although I don't use it, what my roommate chooses to do isn't my business unless it creates havoc in the house.
