Seeking Room or Studio in San Diego

hi hello, looking for a room or studio to rent ASAP as my current living situation is less than ideal rn! i have two elderly indoor cats (sarah and nancy), so pet-friendly is an absolute must! they just nap and sunbathe all day haha. i’m a commercial photographer and digital designer so i will occasionally spend weekends in los angeles for work, and otherwise if i’m at home, i just play games on my pc or nap with my cats. i’m super tidy, super organized, and ideally get along best with people who are also mindful of cleanliness!
