31 y.o Working Professional & Full Time Student

My name is Nick. I'm a 31 year old financial services professional who’s moving back to the Scottsdale/North Tempe area, from Michigan, for my career (more on that below).

I do not have any kids or pets. I don't smoke or vape (I smoke an occasional cigar, outside). I've never had any drug, alcohol, or other issues. I do not have a criminal background (I work in financial services, so I cant, even if I wanted to lol).

I lived in Tempe/Scottsdale from 2012-2017, so I'm familiar with those areas. I’m reasonably clean, highly respectful of others, and I'm laser focused on my career/education currently. My biggest social flaw is I tend to keep to myself (grew up an only child haha) though I can be an extraverted-introvert if needed (my career has been sales since age 19).

I've received a job offer from Vanguard (Asset Management/Financial Advising firm) in North Scottsdale which I've accepted. That job starts on May 27th. I will be working a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days work from home), so the room/home in question must be big enough to conduct business and client calls/zoom, while obviously having no major distractions or noise. I'm also re-enrolled at ASU. Those classes start on May 19th. I'd like to move in around May 12th, allowing myself a week to get settled in before classes kick off.

I will be working full-time, while ALSO attending school full-time. Thus, I'll practically always be busy!
