Room wanted in Lodi, San Joaquin County, CA

I am a female aged 41. I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move from 05/01/2024 and have a budget of $800/month. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 30 and 99 years old. I do have a dog. He's 4 months old. He's fully potty, trained and extremely intelligent. Already learning commands. He stays with me at all times. When I'm not there he goes to a puppy sitter. I am a cook and a house cleaner and a caretaker. In my spare time. I love to cook for people! I don't generally cook much for myself, but for others I love to be somewhat of a hostess. My son is an adult and moved out. May visit from time to time. I'm not big on partying. I like to watch movies and play with the puppy. I don't do drama. I am very chill and optimistic kind of person. The elderly gentleman I was caretaking for has passed away. And I can't stay here that much longer so looking for a place I can call home.
