Quiet male and loving dog!

The doggo and I are looking for a new place to call home. Prefer close to San Marco but open to all of Jax besides maybe OP and Yulee etc..

I mostly keep to myself, vegetarian, and train the dog a lot, go to the park, I occasionally do dog walks for neighbors too!

Crafts and books, vintage records… I sew and solder jewelry. Can get intense when involved in a project, but I should say passionate.

I appreciate households that conserve energy where possible, like closing blinds during high noon, or ensuring all doors and windows are closed when it’s hot outside, not leaving the fridge open would also be appreciated.

Looking to work hand in hand with my roommate, if I load the dishwasher and you unload it, then we will switch off, whoever is home at the time its good to go. I don’t mind a few dishes in the sink, but i would prefer we are not trying to cultivate penicillin.

Outdoor smoker only. Indoor smoking is gross.

I like to cook and bake, if you want we can meal prep together even.

OR we can just silently live respectfully next to each other thats fine too. I will be happy to accommodate any level of rommate'ship.
