Searching for Room LA County - Film Director

I am about to graduate with a cinematic arts degree in directing and am seeking a relaxing place to sleep when I am not working.

I usually only come around in the evenings and keep to myself. My current lease in LB expires in July, and I want to find a place closer to the film industry to lessen my commute times.

I am looking for roommates who respect each other's belongings and space. I would prefer that chores and household responsibilities be discussed and maintained.

My ideal situation is to find a private room so please only reach out if you have a private space available.
