Seeking Room (pied a terre)

Clean, easy-going, creatively inclined filmmaker looking for a room in a nice, warm apartment in Brooklyn.
Will be there on occasion as my main residence is in LA but committed to sharing responsibilities and managing the home as much as needed.
Ideal roommate is on the quieter side, clean/organized, self-aware, and their best partying days are behind them.
My typical days include working from WeWork or coffee shops, visiting museums/art shows, reading on a park bench, enjoying good food with good people, and traveling.
I don’t drink or do drugs and don’t mind if you do, so long as it doesn’t spill into our home too much.
